Shiro is a modular bookcase system that can be used in freestanding or wall-mounted mode.

Its design is achieved through an accurate study of thicknesses and the use of two contrasting materials.

Its essential aesthetics is the result of the combination of distinctive horizontal shelves made of larch wood in different finishes, within which thinner marble slabs are inserted perpendicularly,
with a structural and dividing function at the same time.

The marble, available in twelve possible types, also creates the vertical side that can be set in the middle, in the freestanding version, or as a closure of the module.

The two short sides are instead open and further lighten the image of the system, designed by Enzo Berti.
